I swear i will never get decayed tooth!

The last dental consultation was three years ago,  i got two teeth filled and realized that there was no more  room for me to try those sticky and sweet candies in my life. Even though it's not that serious problem to get teeth filled for oneself, i do find it's a avoidable case that i can control.

If i have had a disciplined lifestyle and listened to my Mum's word when i was a child, i would have got a very complete and beautiful teeth.

If i was a smart boy who could foresee to the future me, i would never try those tasty and lovely food like candy, chocolate, waffle and can drink.

This is not i am supposed to be, not what i want!
Today, i need to worry more about the food nature.
Is that good for my health? Will it harmful to my teeth?
As a grow-up, there are much more considerations when taking a decision although it's just a little bit things in life and we do it all the times. There is no one to teach you what you are supposed to do because these little minor things will just matter to you but no one.

Yes, i learn a lesson now! Thanks for warning me, the teacher of life!

my mess up life

I felt shameful, that was not the first time I went to the wrong place! Especially it happened twice in 24 hours, I couldn’t accept that! Yesterday, I was late to attend a gathering for English Debate Club and then the worse thing was that I was late for the training course in the morning which cost me unnecessary expense on travelling fare and made me poor reputation among workmates. I was irritated by the foolish behavior. Do I want to do something to cheer up myself? I wonder if my subconscious mind was fooling me around in these days.

Hobby

When I grow up, I know how bad it is not to bring up a skill or hobby in the last twenty-nine years. Just leave alone to talk about it help to create one’s career by your skills or creativities which show someone’s thought or feeling not just in verbal or written way. The art of expression is definitely a life-long beneficial to people.

Recently, I find it interesting and fascinating to express myself through some kinds of art activities such as painting, word, music, joke, video. It’s cool to be understood by someone and it’s an important need to be understood by others. It is never too late to realize the meaning of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs at age 29, I still have a long way to go and time to bring up myself.

I have been thinking how different my life will be if I was able to play the guitar, piano, diving, painting or good at public speaking, surely I could have obtained more incredible achievements. However, I have time to fill up the ‘defect’ in my life. I believe in myself, full of aspiration to do something special for the rest of my day.

Just get me out of the ordinary, routinely lifestyle!

Volunteer work

It was a light rain, I felt moody.

Since I have joined the force four years ago, I have been doing voluntary work in my leisure time. I found it helpful for me to develop myself, also I could make friends with different people with different background. I enjoyed the time with the friends made in the last few years, it’s precious to me!

Looking back to my volunteering portfolio, I had a great moment with a group of buddies “Bello & Bello” in 2011, we participated in a campaign hold in Taiwan and experienced an amazing five-day tour. I learned many lessons through volunteering!

In 2013, I took part in a scheme by Yan Oi Tong which allowed me to take care of two teenagers ‘Ho Tik’ and ‘Dic Lam’, but I was not responsible for their homework. I would act as a life coaching for them, tried to inspire their thought and self-motivation. I sometime asked myself that what made me different from others? Was I capable enough of navigating someone to make a choice in life? As a matter of fact, I am not the professors or experts who are well-trained or have written many journals or scholar papers, but it’s true that I have been living in the real world for almost thirty years that I have learned something helpful for the teenager’s development. Children are easily to be affected by the fellows, I try not to exert my personal opinion to them. However, I just can’t tolerate him this time, I disliked the people fooling me around when I tried to get thing into business. I then taught him a lesson that I surely would be beneficial to him life long time. I hope he could bear in mind that no one will respect you if you didn’t treat people well.

I make mistake very often. The only thing I learn is ‘Lesson was repeated until you learned’.

Kayak Play Day

The sky was clear, I woke up early in the morning for canoeing course. Tim and I had planned it a month ago, I felt exhilarated to have a chance to learn how to canoeing which maybe one of our important elements to develop our own business.

Course was hold in Chong Hing Water Sport Centre by Leisure Service Department, this was the first time I went there. I used to pass through High Island Reservoir when I went hiking in Sai Kung, I had a lot of fantasies for that sport centre because of its quiet, distant and beautiful landscape. Idiom said” lesson was repeated until you learned’, I didn’t take any sun oil to give my body protection this time even though I got skin burned in a kitesurfing discover course two months ago. I at least didn’t find any skin problem in this moment@@

In order to make a prefect start for this day, we drove there that we could save time on travelling. As a holiday driver, I enjoyed the driving process a lot. It was amazing to drive out for the outdoor activity like this, no wonder people love to drive out with family to everywhere. During the process, I learned that driving manner and alertness was the most important things to a fresh driver, you needed to read cautiously the road situation when you wanted to change line on road and learned to read clearly about the road sign and speed limit in every section on road. I had a valuable driving lesson by teacher Tim, thank to him!

Expected as I was, this course didn’t disappoint me! The tutor, playmates and I really enjoyed it. I can’t imagine that the game was very skillful, I even couldn’t ride it straight on the water surface. Hopefully I can get improvement in the future. Once the course was over, I realized that we misread the game Kayaking as canoeing. One of the main points to differ them is to check if there has a hatch. Kayak does have a hatch which canoe doesn’t. I had a really fantastic day and won’t forget the incident today! I am looking forward to playing Kayak again in the future@@

The Help - an inspiring story book i have ever seen

It's swallowing hot, the sun is killing me! As i have to spend most of the time work outside, my skin get burned. The only thing i can say is the weather is really unstable, it sometime makes people feel boresome.

Anyway, i recently try to finish a book named "The help" which i bought one year ago, it's definitely an amazing, exhilarating, passionate story i have ever seen. Skeeter was an American girl who was brave enough to interview with a Negro maid in that conservative century and wanted to record their feeling, experience and releasing their discomfort, she indeed was very distinctive, independent woman who was outstanding from her fellows.

Moved by the Skeeter's passion, a maid Aibileen gave a nod to her invitation that she would to sound out the Negro's voice to arose public awareness. To the end, the publication gives a symbolic renovation  in the legend.

Fantastic Day

Great Great Great!

After taking a short break from work, i felt really energetic! laying on bed to Read a novel " Love Three Rhythm " by Ba Kam and jogging on the street, i had a relaxed and fantastic day!

It was a light rain and the weather was unstable, but i finished the day well! I finished all the tasks prepared before that made me feel pleasant. I always try to plan things ahead and keep myself on the right track, i mean, lead a meaning life.

A balanced life makes people feel better, work and family should always stake a great balance. Money of course can buy most of the stuff we want, but the ultimate goal is making love. Love is the most important things in life, your wife, lover, parents, family members, friends...all the people you want to love and be loved.
